Do I offer returns or exchanges?

Do you offer customs/ wholesale?
At this time because we are still a new business and make everything in super small batches we do not.
I burned my candle now the top looks weird is this normal?
Yes! because we use 100% soy wax a bumpy texture is normal after burning your candles.
Are your products natural?
Or candles and wax melts are made with 100% soy wax. Soy wax is a plant based wax that is derived from soybean oil. In this way it is considered a natural product. The fragrance oils and blends we use are all phthalate free and Proposition 65 compliant. (in the simplest terms - we use the safest and cleanest fragrance oils we can.) Many of the fragrance oils we use have essential oils as ingredients. However none of our products are made with only essential oils as they don't provide much scent in a finished product. The wicks in our candles are made from cotton and paper and are lead and zinc free.
Are your products safe around pets?
I am not a vet and cannot give medical advice to you or your pets. If you have questions regarding the health of your pet please speak with your veterinarian.
However what I can say is our products are made with 100% soy wax this is considered a "safer and cleaner" product in comparison to other candle brands that are made with paraffin wax and other scent boosting additives.
Are the candles/ wax melts the same size?
As of right now all our candles are an 8oz single wick candle. This will give you about 40 hours of burn time. All of our candles are hand poured so at times there is some discrepancy on fill heights but all candles have the minimum amount of product that is on the label (8oz) some might just have slightly more than others.
The heart shaped wax melt clamshells have been discontinued from the manufacturer. This shape clamshell container filled to 2.5 oz. The replacement wax melt clamshell (square shaped) fills to 2.75 oz. To simplify the labeling process right now everything is labeled as 2.5 oz because that meets the minimum amount of product for both shapes of container. (If you receive a square container, think of it as you're paying less but receiving slightly more.)
Why is my candle tunneling?
To prevent tunneling always burn the candle fully to the edge of the container. If there is slight residue of wax on the edges of the container during your first few burns this is normal and will melt down as the candle burns lower in the container. If the ambient temperature in your room is too cold this can also cause tunneling.
How do I remove a wax melt?
Always follow the manufacturers instructions on your wax melter. And Never pour wax down a drain. There are more tips and tricks on our post for wax melts here.
